The everyday details,
kept together.

Save appliance information, a repair’s photos and the receipt. Keep practical tenant information and BER paperwork with the same home.

What’s supported here

Irish home records, euro currency, local terminology and regional rental guidance are supported. Automatic address research is not equivalent to UK coverage.

Keep records and follow links to official information. Housetold does not submit RTB registrations or notices.

Read official local guidance

ONE HOME. A USEFUL EXAMPLE.

A repair today. A clearer record for the next tenancy.

Start with the job in front of you. Keep the details that will help with the next one.

Start with the equipment.

Keep an appliance photo, model and manual beside its room. Add the installer or repair contact so the details are there when you need them.

Follow the work.

Keep a tenant’s report, the replies and the proposed visit together. Record the work completed and keep its receipt with your expense records.

Keep the paperwork useful.

Save BER paperwork and tenancy documents with the property. Review what is shared with the tenant and what remains private to the owner.

A FEW LOCAL DETAILS

Before you
get started.

Does Housetold use euro amounts and Irish terminology?

Irish home records, euro currency, local formats and regional rental guidance are supported. The app is currently in English.

Will Housetold register a tenancy with the RTB?

No. It helps you organise records and links to official information. Registration, notices and other external actions still need the appropriate service and your review.

Do I need to have all my documents ready?

No. You can begin with a room, an appliance or a document. Add useful details as you go, and review anything suggested from your uploads before saving.
