A FAMILIAR QUESTION

“Can we see what changed?”

Compare earlier and later condition and cleanliness records. Keep original photographs, separate comments, corrections and disagreements visible.

01

Make a useful starting record.

Take room and item photos, add dated findings and record cleanliness separately. Save a draft and return to it when you need to.

02

Compare and discuss.

Review earlier and later reports. Owner and tenant contributions remain separate, including corrections, reviews and disagreements.

03

Finish with the details together.

Record final readings and returned keys. Prepare itemised proposed deposit deductions linked to findings, costs, item age and useful-life assumptions. Keep individual responses and export a proposal pack.

THE DETAILS CONNECT

More useful.
Together.

A photographed repair can explain a later change in condition. Its receipt can support the recorded cost. The departure record can include the final meters, keys and property access review.
