Housetold is property management software being prepared for iOS and Android. It is designed for people looking after their own rental properties, whether they have one home or several.
It brings repairs, rent records, tenant conversations, documents and the useful details of the property together. The record can grow as equipment changes, work is done and tenancies come and go.

A tenant needs the heating instructions. They don’t need your private financial records.
- Choose the shared details.
Keep owner-only records separate from tenant-visible information. People have property-specific access, and rental participants have separate permissions.
- Review access as people change.
Review invitations and home access when someone joins or leaves. A new tenant does not inherit the previous tenant’s private details.
- Understand the identity-check result.
The provider handles the document and face-check journey. Landlords can review the reported result without receiving the raw identity photos. It is separate from full referencing.
- Keep useful copies.
Supported exports include data files, selected documents and PDF reports. Review what leaves the app; the current document ZIP has a 25-file limit.

We are building for the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The app is currently in English, and regional guidance and automatic property lookups have different coverage.
