A FAMILIAR QUESTION

“Has all the rent arrived?”

Record money received, including part payments. See the unpaid or late amount in your records, prepare a polite reminder and generate a receipt when needed.

01

Keep rent records up to date.

Set amounts and due dates, record receipts and part payments, correct entries with a reason and import an existing rent CSV.

02

Save the costs as they happen.

Keep expenses, categories, receipts and refunds. Record mortgage, insurance, service-charge and ground-rent details, plus useful end and renewal dates.

03

Gather the figures for a period.

Review money in and out, outstanding rent and occupancy periods. Export accountant reports and cumulative quarterly figures for your recording year.

THE DETAILS CONNECT

More useful.
Together.

That plumber’s receipt belongs with an expense and with the repair. Keeping both lets you follow the cost today and understand the work years later.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
get started.

Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Import supported rent and expense CSV files, preview the rows, and review invalid, duplicate or conflicting entries before importing.

Can I record money in different currencies?

The home has its own currency and original currencies are preserved in the records. Summaries are records, not currency-conversion or tax advice.

Can I undo an incorrect expense import?

Expense imports include a preview and batch undo. Rent entries also support corrections, duplicate voiding and restoration.
