Signing in costs nothing and opens a complete sample home — rooms, documents, a boiler with its manual, an open repair, a tenancy. Every page works. Nothing in it can be changed, and the app says so rather than letting you try.

Then fourteen days
A new owner gets fourteen days with room for one home. No card, and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. The sample home never uses up a place.
Your tenant pays nothing
Invited tenants use the app free, for as long as they live there. There is no tenant subscription and there never will be.
Reads your country properly
Dates, currency, phone formats, what the certificates are called and how often they are renewed — for the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. More on that.
