A few questions
Do my tenants need to pay?
No. Tenants you invite use the app free, for the home's guide, repair reports and messages with you.
Is there an Android version?
It's coming. Leave your email with "Android? Tell me when it's ready" and we'll send one note when it's on Google Play.
Does Housetold collect rent or file my tax?
No. You mark rent as received and keep your costs, and at year end it puts together a pack for your accountant. It doesn't move money, check bank payments or file tax returns.
Where is it available?
On the App Store. The legal dates and reminders are built for landlords in England first, with guidance for the rest of the UK.
